In October last year, Facebook had said that they would soon add Dark Mode to Messenger. Despite several months, Facebook has not yet launched this feature.
Although Facebook has not yet released this feature for everyone, however, some users can easily enable it.
The Dark Mode in Facebook Messenger can also be enabled by sending the moon's emoj (??) in the chat.
As soon as you send this Emoji, you will see a popup message, which you Found Dark Mode! It has to be written below. It will have a button under Turn on in Settings.
Tapping this button will arrive at the Facebook Messenger settings menu. Here you will see a new option Dark Mode. It will be the toggle button on the right side. Tapping it will enable the feature of the Dark Mode.

When the Dark Mode is activated, Facebook will show another message on which Facebook will be working on this feature, so it will not look right now.
It was not yet clear whether this method is effective for all users. However, users of the Philippines, Portugal, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia are operating this way in dark mode.
